Sunnyside Hotel Sunnyside requires a deposit of GBP 50 per room to secure bookings. The remaining balance is to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. Should you book with less than 4 weeks to arrival, the full balance is to be paid at the time of booking. All deposits paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation Information:
If you have made a full balance payment and cancel with more than 4 weeks’ notice, the amount paid (less the deposit and booking fee) will be refunded immediately once the Sunnyside Hotel has received written notification of your cancellation. Should you cancel your booking with less than 4 weeks’ notice, once the balance payment has been made, no refund is available.
In certain circumstances, you may be entitled to a full refund. These include: illness (either to yourself or a family member), death, or in the event of an unexpected posting or cancellation of leave by HM Forces. A substantiating certificate will have to be produced in all cases. The Sunnyside Hotel will not issue a full refund for any other reason.
